   Pink oyster mushrooms, also known as Pleurotus djamor or flamingo oyster mushrooms, are a tropical variety of oyster mushroom with a striking pink color. They have a fan-shaped cap that's 2–5 cm broad and 3–7 cm long, with an inrolled margin and gills that range from light pink to cream. The stem is white with matted hairs and can be very short or non-existent.
